I am In-Network with most BCBS plans (the State Health Plan, PPO, CMM (Indemnity), Blue Value and Blue Care or HMO). I recommend calling your insurance company to confirm that I am in network with your specific policy.

If you would like to utilize insurance while we are out of network, I can offer a “Superbill”, which can be submitted for reimbursement from your insurance. Coverage (or the amount of reimbursement) while utilizing a Superbill is dependent on clients individual insurance plans.

For clients with financial limitations, I have a number of reduced rate sessions available each week.

Reduced rate fees range from $60 - $100. Contact me for additional details.
